Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. If a transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.

• Policy Cancellation
  • In case of policy cancellation, the discounted amount would not be refunded.
  • If a customer has made any claim on the policy, then he/she would not be eligible for any refund.

If one violates these terms and conditions, Insurina has the right to resort to the law to protect its infrastructure and informatics, and Dubai courts are competent to resolve any dispute in this regard.

The user of this site is subject to this agreement to the UAE federal laws and local laws and international conventions to which the UAE is a party. Therefore, he is not entitled to use the logo of Insurina and the contents of its website subject to protection under applicable intellectual property laws And international agreements concluded without prior permission from the innovative platform of the jump and follow the procedures adopted in this regard.
